Plain-English summary: this page describes what we offer; it isn't a contract. Real engagements happen via a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW) we'll send you after a discovery call.
coyotepackmsp.com is the marketing website for CoyotePack MSP. It exists to describe our services, give you a way to reach us, and help you decide if we're a good fit. Browsing or contacting us through this site does not create a service relationship.
All pricing tiers (Scout, Pack, Alpha), feature lists, response-time targets, and similar claims on this site are general descriptions of what we offer. Actual deliverables, SLAs, included quantities, exclusions, and dollar amounts are defined in the signed MSA and SOW for your specific engagement. If the website and your contract disagree, the contract controls.
Content on this site — including descriptions of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, etc.), security controls, or technical recommendations — is informational only. It is not legal, regulatory, or specific technical advice for your environment. Get that from your attorney, compliance officer, or after engaging us under contract.
We mention vendors and products we use (NinjaOne, Huntress, ThreatLocker, Wazuh, Slide, UniFi, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare, and others). Those names and logos belong to their respective owners. Our use of them describes our stack; it doesn't imply endorsement, partnership beyond what's publicly known, or any warranty by those vendors.
You agree not to: attempt to break, probe, or overload this site or its underlying infrastructure; submit the contact form for any purpose other than a good-faith inquiry; scrape content for republishing; or impersonate anyone in the form.
This site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that content is current, complete, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by Nebraska law, CoyotePack MSP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
