Who we are

CoyotePack MSP is an Omaha-area managed IT and cybersecurity provider. Mailing address and entity details available on request via [email protected].

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: name, company, email, phone (optional), team size, plan of interest, and the message you write.
• Server logs: the IP address that submitted the form is recorded with each submission for spam / abuse review. Logs retained 30 days.
• Browser preferences: we store your light/dark theme choice in localStorage on your own device. It never leaves your browser.

We do not set advertising cookies, run third-party analytics, fingerprint your browser, or share your data with marketing networks.

How we use it

Form submissions are processed by our own self-hosted server, emailed to our [email protected] mailbox, and (optionally) posted to our internal Microsoft Teams channel so our team sees new requests promptly. We use it to reply to your inquiry. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

Three vendors are in the path between you and us:

• Cloudflare — delivers our website and protects against attacks. Sees the IPs that visit. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Microsoft 365 — hosts our mailbox. Stores the email containing your submission. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Our internal team only — the people listed on our About page and anyone we directly employ.

How long we keep it

If we reply to your inquiry and the conversation ends, the email is retained in our mailbox for 24 months and then deleted. If you become a client, your contact info moves into our PSA system per our standard MSP record-keeping (typically the life of the engagement plus 7 years for tax/audit purposes).

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you submitted and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're a California resident under CCPA / CPRA: we don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The right-to-know and right-to-delete requests above apply to you.

If you're in the EEA / UK under GDPR: our lawful basis is consent (you chose to submit the form) and legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry). Same request channel.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced via our newsletter (when we have one).
